Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sensibleon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
