What kind of warranty comes with Sensibleon electronics?
All Sensibleon devices include a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers hardware defects and technical malfunctions under normal use conditions.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout for 1-2 day delivery.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
